La tutoria en els processos d’ensenyament-aprenentatge desenvolupats a través d’entorns virtuals d’aprenentatge

The thesis is a research project carried out in Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) in Tarragona. The main aim is to design, apply and evaluate a college Tutorial Action Plan (PAT in catalan) with a technological support in URV. The methodology approach of the research is inside an interpretative qualitative paradigm as it intens to understand, deepen and reflect about the critical and the choosen object as it promotes the relection and the improvement along with interfere to make changes occur. The research-action methodology was the choosen one and it allow us to study about the reality. The collected data that is analyzed and the one which we are going to work is mixed, as we obtain both qualitative and quantiative data.
