Doctor in Educational Sciences from the Universidad de Navarra.
He is currently a Professor of Didactics and School Organization Area at the Universidad de Navarra.
Director of the Master “Emerging Methodologies and Technologies applied to Education”, Own Title from the Universidad de La Rioja.
He has been the Director of the Multimedia Resources and Postgraduate Department of the General Foundation of the Universidad de La Rioja (1999-2005) and Director of Development of the same university.
He has been the Director of the Higher Language Center of the Universidad de Navarra (1996-1998).
He has participated as a consultant and technical advisor in the development of educational projects based on New Technologies and in various national and European projects in the same field (LEONARDO, SOCRATES, LINGUA ...)
